Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds except in the case of faulty items that cannot be repaired or replaced. However, we are happy to accommodate exchanges or returns for store credit within the guidelines outlined below:

1. Exchanges:
- If you received an item that doesn't fit or suit your needs, we are pleased to offer exchanges for a different size or a product of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
- To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- You initiate the exchange process within 5 days of receiving your order.
- You provide a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
2. Faulty Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item that cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the faulty item.

Return Procedure
If you wish to exchange an item or report a faulty product, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Send an email to our Customer Support team at info@letsgotogether.com.au within the specified timeframes as mentioned above. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed.
3. Return the Item: Carefully package the item in its original condition and include the Return Authorization Number on the package. Please ship the item to the provided address.
4. Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you regarding the status of your exchange or refund.

Please Note:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to a faulty product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
- "Let's go together" reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.
- For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not refundable.
